D&C TV is celebrating its 20th birthday while leading the TV localization industry to a new era.
There are VERY few professional localizing aggregators in the world, that have both the deep understanding and knowledge, as well as experience using AI tools (along-side "traditional" human's work) to provide broadcast quality, yet cost effective results. There are even fewer that understands the advantages of combining AI tools with traditional dubbing for faster and cheaper "human voicing" solutions. D&C TV is one of these few.
D&C is offering to its clients a one stop shop acting on behalf of the client with no additional fees and mark-ups that 3rd party vendors usually add to the "cost+" rate. Our fees are earned from the way we structure the work be it fully AI project, a traditional human dubbing or the combination. We always try to think outside the box, come up with solutions that sometimes are surprising and all that for two goals: providing localized projects that meets the client's expectations, and for affordable price. In other words – D&C will take care of all the localization needs, assigning it to its pool of professional vendors, manage the project, answering and reporting to the client and take full responsibility for the product, saving for the client at least 20% of the market price (if done "traditionally") and 50-70% is done using AI.

The biggest advantage D&C has over most of the localization aggregators in the world today, is its deep understanding and knowledge of the daily-developing tools provided by AI. Being active part of one of the leading AI technology developers and with already dozens of AI-powered dubbed hours for TV and commercial use (including producing the 1st ever full-length film German lip sync dubbing for television) puts us in a unique spot, way ahead of others.
AI dubbing still needs a lot of manual handling, human's supervision, proofreading and (what we call) prooflistening i.e. – correcting and directing the CGVs for guarantied broadcast quality. The results are amazing, quicker and much more affordable then the "traditional' way.

No original script to work with? We'll transcribe the video for you. Also – we'll translate, proofread, adapt for dubbing or spot it for subs, we'll provide AD, CC, song translation and adaptation, song recordings, and generally everything to make your life easier.

D&C operates a chain of dubbing studios in several countries, offering human-based ("traditional") dubbing and voice over into English (US and UK), German, French, Spanish (LAS and CAS), Italian, Hungarian, Turkish, Arabic (all styles), Hebrew, Farsi and the major Indian languages.
