Project Manager – Localization (Hebrew & English)

About the role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our localization team. In this role, you will oversee the production and coordination of dubbing and subtitling projects across multiple languages, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and timely delivery. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, studios, and internal teams.

This position begins on a part-time basis (10–20 hours per month), with the potential to grow into a larger role (up to 60 hours per month) as responsibilities expand. The role also offers a growth path into an Executive Assistant position, supporting senior management in strategic operations and business coordination.

Responsibilities:

​•​Plan, coordinate, and monitor localization projects from start to finish.

• Communicate with clients, studios, and internal teams to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.

• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet deadlines.

• Review and ensure the linguistic and technical quality of localized content.

• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.

• Identify and resolve potential risks or production issues proactively.

• Support senior management with operational and administrative tasks as the role expands.

Requirements:

​•Native or fluent in Hebrew and English (both spoken and written).

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in localization, media, or project coordination is an advantage.

• Proficiency with standard office and communication tools (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.).

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Interest in long-term growth and taking on broader executive responsibilities.
